Authorization and Agreement

I authorize SRS Tint and Graphics to perform the work as agreed and to pay the total amount upon completion. I agree to hold SRS Tint and Graphics harmless from any damages to my property caused by the installation process and from any fines or fees charged to me under Section 32-sc-2 of the Alabama Window Tint Law of Alabama Code Title ew, Chapter 5c.

Defrost Lines and Warranty

I understand that SRS is not responsible for defrost lines in the rear glass, and they are not covered under warranty. I acknowledge that defrost lines may come off during film removal, despite careful procedures.

Vehicle Drop-Off and Storage

I understand that a $25.00 per day fee will be charged for vehicles left at SRS Tint and Graphics for more than two days before or after the scheduled installation. SRS Tint and Graphics is not responsible for items left in the vehicles; vehicles left for more than 48 hours after completion will be considered abandoned.

Vehicle Condition

I understand that my vehicle must be clean and free of pet hair or clutter to avoid damage. SRS Tint and Graphics reserves the right to cancel the installation if the vehicle is not clean. The company is not responsible for pet hair or debris that gets under the film if the vehicle is not properly cleaned.

Car Seats

I understand that SRS Tint and Graphics is not responsible for car seats installed in my vehicle. Car seats will be turned upside down during the installation process. For car seat installation assistance, please contact your local fire or police department.

Non-Refundable Work

I understand that all work performed by SRS Tint and Graphics is custom and non-refundable after completion.
